Q: ​​​​​​How can I check availability or schedule my party?

A: Please call us at 702-597-1117 or email info@fidgetslv.com to check availability. Parties can be scheduled in person or over the phone. 


Q: Is a deposit required to schedule my party?

A: Yes, in order to reserve a party, we require $150

non-refundable deposit, along with an additional $75 for each additional hour added to the party. The deposit goes towards the balance of the party. The balance of the party is due at the end of the party. 


Q: When are parties held?

A: Semi-Private parties are held during open play hours (Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm). Private, Super, and Ultimate parties are held ALL DAY Saturdays and Sundays AND starting at 6:30pm Tuesday-Friday. Small Group Gatherings are held starting at 6:30pm Tuesday-Thursday. 


Q: Can I bring outside food to my party?

A: Yes, outside food is welcome (homemade, store bought, or catered).

Q: When can I arrive for my party?

A: We will provide the set up before the event and cleaning after the event. Party hosts are able to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event. Guests can arrive at party time.  


Q: Can I add additional party time?

A: Yes, extra party time can be added, based on availability, for $150/hr. Unless your party is the last party of the day, additional time should be scheduled at the time of party booking as it may not be available later.


Q: Can I bring my own entertainment vendor?

A: Outside vendors are not permitted. We offer vendor add-ons such as face painting, balloon twisting, photography, character visits, and photo booths. If you would like to add any of these vendors to your party, please contact us for pricing and availability.


Q: Can I bring a balloon arch?

A: We do allow you to bring your own balloon arches. They can be brought with you at the time of the party. You must hang them and take them with you at the end of the party. A $25 disposal fee will be added for balloon arches left behind. 


Q: Can I provide my own theme?

A: We have over 90 themes to choose from. Please pick one from our list on the Party Options tab. If you would like a theme we do not currently offer, you are welcome to provide the decorations. We recommend that a 7x5 foot backdrop is provided and require that all decorations are fully put together and dropped off a week prior to your party. We can coordinate matching solid color tablecloths, plates, napkins, etc.


Additional fees may apply for providing your own theme if it requires extra set up. Please call for more information. 



Q: Will taxes or gratuities be automatically added to my party balance?

A: Taxes are included in all party prices. Gratuities are not automatically added to parties. There are no extra or hidden fees! Cash payments are preferred.
